Online Client Service Representative

Job Description:

BigBasket, a leading online grocery delivery service in Delhi, is seeking a confident and motivated Online Client Service Representative to join our team. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Assist customers with any inquiries or issues they may have regarding their online orders - Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer complaints and concerns - Provide information about products, services, and promotions to customers - Process customer orders, refunds, and exchanges - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Confident and motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment - Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using computers and online platforms - Previous experience in customer service is preferred - High school diploma or equivalent
