Online Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

CarDekho is seeking a driven and resilient Online Client Service Specialist to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As an Associate Level employee with at least 4 years of experience in customer service, you will be responsible for providing excellent client support through online channels.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients through online chat, email, and social media platforms. 2. Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Provide product information and assistance to clients to facilitate their online car buying process. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience. 5. Track and report client feedback to improve service quality. 6. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on products and services. 7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of online client service processes.

Requirements: 1. 4+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in an online setting. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask efficiently. 3. High level of cooperation and creativity to find innovative solutions for clients. 4. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. 5. Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
