As an Associate Level position, the Online Client Service Specialist will play a crucial role in providing exceptional client support and service through various online platforms.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally via email, chat, and social media platforms. 2. Assisting clients with online orders, product information, and general inquiries. 3. Providing technical support for online tools and platforms. 4. Managing client accounts and ensuring accurate information is maintained. 5. Collaborating with internal teams to resolve any client issues efficiently. 6. Implementing online customer service strategies to enhance client experience and retention. 7. Monitoring online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement. 8. Contributing to the development and implementation of online client service procedures and protocols.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer service or client support role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Adaptable and resourceful in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in using various online communication tools and platforms. 7. Creativity in finding solutions to enhance customer experience. 8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
