Online Client Support Assistant

Job Description:

Snapdeal is currently seeking an Online Client Support Assistant to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. As an Online Client Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our online clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and provide solutions. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to better assist customers. 6. Provide feedback to the management team on customer trends and issues. 7. Work closely with the sales team to support customer retention and acquisition efforts. 8. Help improve customer satisfaction metrics by exceeding performance goals.

Requirements: 1. Resourceful and adaptable with the ability to think on your feet and solve problems creatively. 2. Strong communication and negotiation skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues. 3. Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 4. Proficiency in computer skills and experience using customer service software. 5. A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. 6. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
