Job Description:

Paytm is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Client Support Assistant to join our team in Delhi, India on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in the online client support industry.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to online clients through various channels such as chat, email, and phone. - Assist clients with account inquiries, technical issues, and general support questions. - Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues in a timely manner. - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to clients. - Identify opportunities to improve the overall client experience and provide feedback to the management team.

Requirements: - Independent and resourceful with the ability to work effectively without direct supervision. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet. - Excellent time management skills to handle multiple client inquiries simultaneously. - Strong communication skills both written and verbal. - Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications. - High school diploma or equivalent required.
