Online Client Support Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Online Client Support Assistant to join our team at Ola Cabs in Delhi, India. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in the online client support field.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist clients with their online booking inquiries, including resolving issues, providing information, and troubleshooting technical problems. 2. Respond promptly to client queries through email, chat, or phone, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times. 3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 4. Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues. 5. Collaborate with the customer service team to improve overall service levels and customer satisfaction. 6. Provide feedback to the management team on common client concerns or trends. 7. Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to clients.

Requirements: 1. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Strong negotiation skills to handle challenging client situations. 5. Proficiency in basic computer applications and online platforms. 6. High school diploma or equivalent. 7. Must be able to work part-time hours.
