Job Description - Online Client Support Assistant

Job Description:


FirstCry, a leading online retailer of baby products, is seeking a dedicated and reliable Online Client Support Assistant to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via email, chat, and phone - Assist clients with orders, product information, and any issues that may arise - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize critical thinking skills to address complex customer queries - Use persuasion techniques to upsell additional products or services - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals set by the company


Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Excellent problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Previous experience in online client support or customer service preferred - Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
