Job Description:
Razorpay, a leading fintech company based in Bangalore, is seeking an Online Client Support Associate to join our team. As an Associate Level role, the Online Client Support Associate will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our online clients. This is a part-time position with a seniority level of Associate and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and provide support via online platforms such as chat, email, and social media. 2. Solve client issues and troubleshoot technical problems related to our online services. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client queries. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates in the CRM system. 5. Proactively identify areas for improvement in the online client support process. 6. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance the overall client experience.
Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with clients online. 2. Proven experience in customer service or client support roles. 3. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 5. Adaptable and hardworking personality traits. 6. Soft skills such as adaptability and persuasion.
