Online Client Support Associate

Job description: Bharti Airtel is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Online Client Support Associate to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As an Online Client Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online clients through various platforms. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally via email, chat, and social media platforms. 2. Provide technical support to clients experiencing issues with our online services. 3. Assist clients in navigating through the website and mobile app to enhance user experience. 4. Troubleshoot and resolve client concerns efficiently and effectively. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to address client feedback and implement improvements to the online platform. 6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up with clients as needed. 7. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions to better assist clients. 8. Identify opportunities for innovation and improvements in the online client support process.
