Job Description:

OYO Rooms is looking for a Part-time Online Client Support Associate to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As an Associate Level position, the Online Client Support Associate will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients through various online platforms. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Providing assistance with booking reservations and managing client accounts - Troubleshooting technical issues related to our online platforms - Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless client experiences - Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions and transactions - Utilizing project management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Identifying opportunities for process improvement and suggesting solutions - Upholding OYO Rooms' high standards of customer service and professionalism

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service - Independent and hardworking personality traits - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in using online tools and platforms - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
