Job Description:
Khatabook is seeking an experienced Online Client Support Manager to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. As a part-time member of our team at a mid-to-senior level, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our online clients, ensuring their satisfaction and assisting with any issues they may have.
Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with online clients via email, chat, and phone to address any questions or concerns. 2. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for any issues that clients may experience. 3. Manage client accounts, including onboarding new clients and offboarding existing clients. 4. Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless client experience. 5. Utilize strategic planning skills to improve client support processes and systems. 6. Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement. 7. Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure client needs are met. 8. Assist with client training and education as needed.
Requirements: 1. 6 years of experience in online client support or a related field. 2. Reliable and motivated individual who can work independently. 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to strategically plan and execute client support initiatives. 5. Proficient in using various client support tools and software. 6. Experience working with online platforms and e-commerce systems. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
