Job Description:
Tata Digital is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Online Client Support Manager to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As the Online Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of online client support, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage online client support channels including email, live chat, and social media platforms. 2. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 3. Investigate and resolve customer issues, escalating to the appropriate department if necessary. 4. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve customer experience. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and drive solutions. 6. Analyze customer feedback and provide recommendations for process improvements. 7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client support. 9. Provide training and support to frontline customer support representatives.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in online client support. 3. Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service. 4. Strong planning and attention to detail skills. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software. 8. Prior experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus. 9. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
