Job Description - Online Client Support Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Online Client Support Manager to join our team at Ola Electric in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. The Online Client Support Manager will be responsible for managing client interactions and providing support through various online platforms.


Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information in a professional manner - Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues through online channels - Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Monitor online client reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement - Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to enhance customer loyalty - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client support


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Proven experience as an Online Client Support Manager or similar role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult clients with tact and professionalism - Reliable and confident with strong teamwork and decision-making skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
