Job Description - Online Client Support Manager

FirstCry is seeking a passionate and independent Online Client Support Manager to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, we require a candidate with a minimum of 8 years of experience in client support management.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of online client support representatives to ensure prompt and effective communication with customers. 2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience and increase client satisfaction. 3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 4. Resolve escalated client issues in a timely manner, ensuring customer retention and loyalty. 5. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to improve overall company performance. 6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in client support processes.


Requirements: 1. Proven experience in managing online client support teams. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Creativity and innovation in developing client support strategies. 5. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
