Online Client Support Officer

Job Description:

Shaadi.com is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Online Client Support Officer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or client support roles.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide online support to clients through various communication channels, including chat, email, and phone. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve client issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Assist clients with account management, profile setup, and navigation of the Shaadi.com platform. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive client experience. 5. Track and report client feedback and issues to the management team for continuous improvement of services. 6. Stay up-to-date on product updates and new features to provide accurate information to clients. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in any field. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong planning and organizational abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Persuasive and problem-solving skills. 6. Prior experience in customer service or client support roles. 7. Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms.
