Job Description - Online Client Support Officer

Job Description:


Maruti Suzuki India Limited is seeking a reliable and dedicated Online Client Support Officer to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. As an Online Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for assisting clients with any online queries or issues they may have regarding our products or services.


Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients experiencing difficulties with our online platform - Assist clients with account setup, login issues, and other account-related inquiries - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure a positive customer experience - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up as needed to ensure client satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product updates and changes to effectively support clients - Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge


Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in a client support role, preferably in an online environment - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong presentation skills to effectively convey information to clients - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly changing work environment - Proficient in using online customer support tools and software - Familiarity with automotive industry products and services preferred
