Online Client Support Officer

Job Description:

Cleartrip, a leading online travel company, is looking for a part-time Online Client Support Officer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. As an Associate Level position, we are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional online client support through various communication channels such as email, chat, and phone. - Assist clients with booking inquiries, cancellations, refunds, and other related matters. - Resolve client complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. - Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless client experience. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. - Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall client support process.

Requirements: - Demonstrated experience in online client support or customer service. - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with clients. - Hardworking and energetic personality traits. - Excellent strategic planning and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools. - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
