Online Client Support Specialist

Job Description: Rupeek, a leading online financial services company based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, is seeking a part-time Online Client Support Specialist to join our team at the Associate Level. With at least 4 years of experience in customer service, the ideal candidate will be motivated, independent, and possess strong time management and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and professional support to clients through various online channels such as chat, email, and phone. 2. Assist clients with account inquiries, transactions, and issue resolution. 3. Educate clients on the company's products and services to ensure a positive customer experience. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and improve overall service delivery. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up as needed.

Requirements: 1. Four or more years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Proficiency in using online customer service tools and platforms. 4. Ability to work independently while also being a team player. 5. Excellent time management and organizational skills. 6. Motivated to continuously learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
