Online Client Support Specialist

Job Description:

Cars24 is seeking a highly motivated Online Client Support Specialist to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As an Entry Level position, this part-time role does not require any previous experience. We are looking for individuals who are independent and driven to succeed, with strong presentation and cooperation skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and provide support through online channels such as email and chat - Assist clients with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Meet or exceed set productivity and quality targets

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills in English - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Strong problem-solving skills - Proficiency in using online communication tools - Availability to work part-time shifts, including evenings and weekends - High school diploma or equivalent
