Online Contact Center Assistant

Job Description:

CarDekho is seeking a part-time Online Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Delhi, India. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for someone who is resilient, hardworking, and possesses strong time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or social media platforms in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers. 3. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or complaints. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns effectively. 5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, products, and services. 6. Assist in training new hires and providing guidance to team members as needed.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. 4. Proficient in using CRM software and other customer service tools. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
