As an Online Contact Center Assistant at Snapdeal, you will be responsible for providing support to customers via various online channels such as chat, email, and social media. You will ensure a positive customer experience by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing guidance on products and services.
Responsibilities: 1. Interact with customers via chat, email, and social media to address their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution. 3. Assist customers with order tracking, returns, and exchanges. 4. Provide product recommendations and information to help customers make informed purchasing decisions. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach. 3. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities. 4. Creativity in problem-solving and finding innovative solutions. 5. Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues. 6. Basic computer skills and familiarity with online communication tools.
