Online Contact Center Assistant

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Assist customers via online channels such as emails, chat, and social media to provide information and assistance regarding Cars24 services and products. 2. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner. 3. Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to higher management if necessary. 4. Assist with managing the online contact center database and tracking customer interactions for reporting purposes. 5. Work closely with the marketing team to create and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Monitor online reviews and social media posts to address any negative feedback and promote positive brand image. 7. Stay updated on Cars24's products and services to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Assist in training new online contact center assistants and provide ongoing support and guidance.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach. 5. Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms. 6. Dedication and drive to exceed customer expectations and deliver exceptional service. 7. Strong people management skills and the ability to work well in a team. 8. Experience in strategic planning and implementing customer service initiatives is a plus.
