Job Description - Online Contact Center Assistant

Job Description:


PharmEasy is looking for a dedicated and energetic Online Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Delhi, IN. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. As an Online Contact Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to customers through various online channels, such as chat, email, and social media.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and quality customer service. 5. Assist in monitoring and analyzing customer feedback to identify trends and improve service delivery. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions with customers.


Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Strong emotional intelligence to effectively address customer needs and concerns. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 4. Proficiency in using online communication tools and software. 5. High school diploma or equivalent. 6. Must be fluent in English.
