Job Description - Online Contact Center Associate

Job Description:


HCL Technologies is currently seeking a part-time Online Contact Center Associate to join our team in Delhi, India. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required but we are looking for candidates who are adaptable and motivated to learn and grow in their role.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer concerns. 3. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and addressing any complaints effectively. 4. Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to document interactions and maintain customer records. 5. Collaborate with team members to achieve contact center goals and meet performance metrics. 6. Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to accurately assist customers. 7. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage customer relationships. 4. Proficient in using computer systems and software applications. 5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. 7. People management and strategic planning skills are preferred.
