Job Description:
Quikr is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Contact Center Associate to join our team in Delhi, IN. As an Associate Level position, the Online Contact Center Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online platforms, including chat, email, and social media.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing. 3. Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues when necessary. 5. Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and provide solutions. 6. Engage with customers on social media platforms to promote brand awareness and customer engagement. 7. Perform strategic planning to improve online customer service processes and procedures. 8. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 9. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions and data privacy. 10. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or contact center environment. 2. Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service. 3. Resourceful and passionate about helping customers. 4. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle high volumes of customer inquiries. 7. Proficient in using online communication tools and platforms. 8. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
