Online Contact Center Associate

Job Description:

Amazon India is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Contact Center Associate in Delhi. As an Online Contact Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to customers via online channels such as chat, email, and social media.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with order tracking, product information, and issue resolution. 3. Utilize resources to research and resolve customer problems efficiently. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies. 6. Identify trends in customer inquiries and provide feedback to improve processes.

Requirements: 1. Resourceful and motivated individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 2. Excellent research and problem-solving skills. 3. Strong written communication skills. 4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 5. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. 6. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
