Job Description - Online Contact Center Associate

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and resilient Online Contact Center Associate to join our team at Infosys in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through various online channels. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service role and possess excellent communication skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email, chat, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service. 4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 6. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Assist in training and mentoring new team members as needed. 8. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.


Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 5. Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms. 6. Cooperate effectively with team members to achieve common goals. 7. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively. 8. Flexibility to work part-time hours as needed.
