Online Contact Center Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Online Contact Center Associate to join our team at Cipla in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various online channels, including chat, email, and social media. This part-time position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide product information and support to customers through online channels. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products, policies, and procedures. 7. Assist in training new team members as needed. 8. Meet and exceed performance goals set by management. 9. Contribute to the overall success of the contact center team.

Requirements: 1. Energetic and resilient personality with a positive attitude. 2. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with customer service software. 6.
