Job Description:
The Online Contact Center Associate at Adani Group will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to online customers through various communication channels. This role will require excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to problem solve efficiently. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn and grow within the company is essential.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues through online chat, email, and phone calls in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, processing returns, and resolving any issues they may encounter. 3. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers as needed. 4. Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolution of any escalated issues. 5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to ensure accurate information is provided to customers. 7. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, supporting colleagues and working together to achieve common goals.
Requirements: 1. Hardworking and resilient attitude, with the ability to handle challenging customer situations with grace. 2. Strong planning skills to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. 3. Demonstrated emotional intelligence to connect with customers on a personal level and provide empathetic support. 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with online communication tools. 6. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. 7. Must be available to work part-time hours, with flexibility to accommodate peak business periods.
