Job Description:
MakeMyTrip is looking for an experienced Online Contact Center Manager to join our team in Mumbai. As the Online Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our online contact center operations and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of online customer service representatives, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent service to customers - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and satisfaction - Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide timely resolutions - Train, coach, and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance - Handle escalated customer complaints and conflicts with professionalism and empathy
Requirements: - Solid experience in online customer service management - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficient in using customer service software and tools - Ability to think strategically and problem solve in a fast-paced environment - Hardworking and reliable with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction - People management skills and emotional intelligence - Ability to work part-time in Mumbai, Maharashtra
