Job Description - Online Contact Center Manager

As the Online Contact Center Manager at BigBasket in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our online contact center. This includes managing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring efficient customer interactions, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes and procedures - Train and supervise customer service representatives to ensure they provide excellent service to customers - Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Handle escalations and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service


Requirements: - 7 years of experience in a customer service management role - Confident and dedicated personality with strong leadership skills - Proven experience in strategic planning and critical thinking - Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with customers and employees at all levels - Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
