Job Description - Online Contact Center Officer

Job Description:


Dell Technologies India is seeking a part-time Online Contact Center Officer to join our team in Delhi, India. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for a reliable and independent individual with excellent emotional intelligence and presentation skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage online customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate responses. 2. Handle customer complaints and issues, ensuring timely resolution. 3. Assist customers with product information, ordering, and troubleshooting. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.


Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools. 6. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
