Online Contact Center Representative

Job Description:

Rupeek is looking for a Part-Time Online Contact Center Representative to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service through various online channels.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, and social media platforms - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Provide product information and guidance to customers - Maintain customer records and update contact information as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Independent and hardworking individual with the ability to work remotely - Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills - Emotional intelligence to handle challenging customer interactions - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and email systems - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
