Job Description - Online Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:


Unacademy is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Online Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this the perfect opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in the education technology industry.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service via email, chat, and phone. 2. Assist customers with account management, troubleshooting technical issues, and navigating the Unacademy platform. 3. Proactively engage with customers to identify their needs and offer personalized solutions and support. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues in a timely manner. 5. Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience.


Requirements: 1. Resilient and dedicated individual who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to actively listen and empathize with customers. 3. Strong negotiation skills to handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts effectively. 4. Creative problem-solving abilities to think outside the box and find innovative solutions. 5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with using online platforms. 6. Ability to work part-time, with flexibility in scheduling.
