Job Description - Online Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:


Reliance Industries Limited is seeking a talented Online Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN. This part-time role at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in online customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via online channels such as chat, email, and social media. 2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers, resolving any issues or complaints. 3. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by building rapport and demonstrating empathy. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and efficient customer service. 5. Utilize online tools and platforms to track and document customer interactions. 6. Monitor online reviews and social media mentions, addressing any issues or concerns. 7. Identify and escalate complex issues to senior team members for resolution. 8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.


Requirements: 1. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. 2. Adaptable to changing customer needs and communication channels. 3. Strong attention to detail in written communication. 4. Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously. 5. Excellent people management skills to handle diverse customer interactions. 6. Previous experience in an online contact center or customer service role is preferred. 7. Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms. 8. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
