Job Description - Online Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:


As an Online Contact Center Specialist at BookMyShow, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service through various online channels such as chat, email, and social media. Your role will involve handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and providing information about our products and services. You will need to possess a deep understanding of our company's offerings and be able to effectively communicate with customers to ensure their satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues by investigating and finding appropriate solutions - Process customer orders and assist with ticket sales - Provide accurate information about our products, services, and promotions - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product updates - Meet or exceed customer service goals and metrics


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Resilient and dedicated attitude towards customer satisfaction - Adaptability to changing customer needs and evolving business priorities - Analytical mindset to identify patterns and trends in customer feedback - Proficiency in using online communication channels and CRM software
