Job Description - Online Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:


Cipla is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Online Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As an Associate level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be resourceful and adaptable, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and time management skills.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and product information - Resolve customer complaints and issues with a positive attitude and a focus on customer satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve the overall customer experience - Contribute to the development of customer care policies and procedures - Provide feedback on customer trends and preferences to help improve products and services


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 4+ years of experience in customer service or a similar role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work well in a fast-paced and collaborative environment - Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software - Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
