Livspace, a leading online home interior design company, is seeking a part-time Online Customer Care Associate to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for an individual with at least 2 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be confident, energetic, possess leadership qualities, and have strong analytical skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via online chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide assistance and guidance to customers on products, services, orders, and account-related inquiries. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently. 4. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer problems. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Assist in maintaining and updating customer databases. 7. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Meet individual and team performance targets and goals.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficient in using CRM software and other customer service applications. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required. 7. Flexible working hours to meet customer needs.
