Job Description:
Rupeek, a leading fintech company based in Kolkata, West Bengal, is currently seeking a part-time Online Customer Care Associate to join our team. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
As an Online Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through various communication channels such as chat, email, and social media.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively 3. Provide information about our services and products to customers 4. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience 6. Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention 7. Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives
Requirements: 1. Independent and driven personality traits 2. Strong problem-solving and presentation skills 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 4. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 6. Flexible schedule to accommodate evening and weekend shifts 7. Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred
