Job Description - Online Customer Care Associate

Job Description:


FirstCry is seeking a dynamic and motivated Online Customer Care Associate to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As an Associate Level role, the Online Customer Care Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers while also supporting various strategic initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and social media platforms. 2. Assist customers with product information, order tracking, refunds, and exchanges. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. 4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive customer engagement and retention. 5. Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to improve the online shopping experience. 6. Assist in the development and implementation of customer care strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. 7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 8. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.


Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Motivated and adaptable personality traits. 4. Leadership and strategic planning skills. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. 6. Excellent problem-solving abilities. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online customer service platforms.
