Job Description - Online Customer Care Manager

Job Description:


Samsung India is seeking a part-time Online Customer Care Manager to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As the Online Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the online customer experience through various platforms and mediums.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms. 2. Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. 3. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all online channels. 5. Monitor customer feedback and escalate any recurring issues or trends to management. 6. Analyze customer data and provide insights to improve the online customer experience. 7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online customer care. 8. Assist with the development and implementation of new customer care strategies and initiatives.


Requirements: 1. 5 years of relevant experience in online customer care or a related field. 2. Passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Strong time management and organizational skills. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 6. Ability to work well in a team environment. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
