Job Description:
Jio Platforms is looking for a talented and experienced Online Customer Care Manager to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. As a part-time position with mid-to-senior level seniority, the Online Customer Care Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our online customer support services.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of online customer care representatives to ensure timely and effective response to customer inquiries and issues - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor online customer care metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve customer escalations - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer care to continuously improve our services - Lead training sessions for online customer care representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge - Analyze customer feedback and behavior to identify opportunities for product or service improvements
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 8 years of experience in online customer care or a related field - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Resourceful problem solver with strong creativity and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software
