Job Description:
Rupeek is seeking a dedicated and driven Online Customer Care Manager to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As the Online Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for managing the online customer service operations, ensuring timely and efficient responses to customer queries and issues. You will play a key role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty through excellent service delivery.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the online customer care team, including hiring, training, and performance management - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery - Monitor customer interactions and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience - Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to address customer issues and feedback - Lead initiatives to increase customer engagement and retention through personalized communication and service offerings - Analyze customer data and trends to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and data protection policies in all customer interactions
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - At least 5 years of experience in customer service management, preferably in an online environment - Strong leadership and communication skills - Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and loyalty - Experience in using customer service software and tools - Driven and passionate about delivering excellent customer service - Teamwork and negotiation skills
