Online Customer Care Officer

Job Description:

Faasos, a leading online food delivery service based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, is seeking a part-time Online Customer Care Officer to join our team at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service and possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer care.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently. 3. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking deliveries, and processing refunds. 4. Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met. 5. Update customer account information as needed. 6. Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience. 7. Conduct research on industry trends and competitor offerings to stay informed and provide creative solutions to customer inquiries.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. 2. Prior experience in customer service or a related field. 3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. 5. Energetic personality with a positive attitude. 6. Strong research and problem-solving skills. 7. Must be creative and able to think outside the box to provide solutions to customer issues.
