Job Description - Online Customer Care Officer

Job Description:


HCL Technologies is seeking a passionate and hardworking Online Customer Care Officer to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but candidates should possess excellent communication skills and attention to detail.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with navigating our online platform and services. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience. 5. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies. 7. Participate in ongoing training to improve customer service skills.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service preferred. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. 4. Passion for providing exceptional customer service. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
