Job Description:
Lenskart is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Customer Care Representative to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As an Associate Level position, the Online Customer Care Representative will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our online customers. This is a part-time position with the opportunity for remote work flexibility.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through various online channels including chat, email, and social media. 2. Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and online orders. 3. Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or complaints. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless online shopping experience for customers. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide the best possible customer support. 7. Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and empathy, seeking solutions that meet both customer needs and company guidelines. 8. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance customer care skills.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in the e-commerce industry. 2. Confident and passionate attitude towards customer service. 3. Excellent time management skills and the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment. 4. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in using CRM software and other online communication tools. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required, additional education or certifications a plus.
