Online Customer Care Representative

Job Description:

Unacademy is seeking a dedicated and independent Online Customer Care Representative to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities: - Interact with customers via email, chat, and phone to provide exceptional customer service - Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with technical issues related to our online platform - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Provide feedback to the management team on customer trends and issues

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong planning and organizational skills - Persuasion skills to effectively address customer concerns and provide solutions - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools - High school diploma or equivalent
