Job Description - Online Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:


Vedantu, a leading online education platform located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, is seeking a part-time Online Customer Care Specialist to join our team at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service roles.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through various online platforms, including chat, email, and phone. 2. Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide solutions in a timely manner. 3. Guide and assist customers with navigating the online learning platform and resolving technical issues. 4. Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Actively contribute to improving customer care processes and procedures. 7. Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Uphold Vedantu's customer service standards and values.


Requirements: 1. Resourceful and independent individual who can work efficiently in a remote environment. 2. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms. 6. Experience in the education industry or online customer service is a plus.
