Job Description:
As an Online Customer Care Specialist at Samsung India in Mumbai, Maharashtra, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service through various online platforms. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with products, services, or general inquiries. Your duties will include responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, resolving customer complaints or issues, and providing product recommendations or technical support when needed.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, social media, and other online platforms - Resolving customer complaints or issues by providing efficient and effective solutions - Providing product information, recommendations, and technical support to customers - Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Keeping up-to-date with company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers - Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by exceeding customer expectations - Adhering to company policies and procedures to maintain a professional and ethical work environment
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Hardworking and resourceful with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to adapt to changing environments - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service - High school diploma or equivalent required
