Job Description:

We are looking for a diligent and dedicated Online Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Policybazaar in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kick-start their career in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with navigation and use of our online platform, helping to troubleshoot any technical issues they may encounter. 3. Provide guidance to customers on our various insurance products and services, helping them make informed decisions. 4. Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency, ensuring a positive experience for each individual. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer service experience and contribute to achieving team goals. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.

Requirements: 1. Confident and dedicated individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service. 2. Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively. 3. Excellent people management skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner. 4. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Tamil. 5. Familiarity with basic computer applications and online platforms. 6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change seamlessly.
